As always, our Turnkey Service includes transportation and labor. Costs are fixed once the final design is established and billed pre-show. No add-on cost surprises!

Many clients have multiple shows, and a Multi-Story Exhibit is required only for their most important show. We offer a full range of exhibit designs. These include in-line, and island exhibits with open floor plan designs, conference and storage rooms, workstations, and theatre arrangements.

All exhibit designs include multiple views, floor plans, and itemized pricing. Published pricing provides several unique benefits for clients looking for design ideas and a general idea of costs. We utilize several materials for graphics that provide seamless mural images up to extra large billboard mural size. Options include workstation counters and flat screens up to 60 inches.

Reduced costs make dollars and sense

Renting an exhibit with custom graphics is the most practical solution for many exhibitors. In addition to avoiding high purchase costs, there are no storage fees. We store your custom graphics at N/C between shows. Pre-show fixed cost invoicing also gives you peace of mind knowing that you’ll stay within budget and avoid cost overruns that can occur for several reasons. Some shows have tight in-and-out schedules that require overtime, and we absorb those costs. The pricing shown is for Las Vegas and California. Other cities require an additional “Out of Venue” fee to cover additional expenses.
